Poor customer service from Livius! Honestly I’m not sure how people like that get employed! Very rude and unprofessional! Nando’s closes at 11pm and we came in at least 40 mins before closing, Livius was standing behind the counter, avoiding eye contact while we stood there at the door waiting for someone to come and get us seated, he then starts smirking at his colleagues as we approach him, he then tells us that they are closing soon and asks us what would we like to order as he is short staffed and basically trying to tell us he wasn’t very pleased with us coming! We were then hesitant whether to stay or leave because of his attitude and behaviour! I get it if we came 10 mins before closing as that would be understandable! But making us feel uncomfortable about coming and then asking us on the spot “what would you like to order? I’m short of staff” Was completely unprofessional! Nando’s please do better when employing people!!

One of the 1st places I went in the second half of 2007. After I started getting sick/ill in Luton student accommodation. This was a life saver 😁🛟. As I had never been in any of the franchises before that.

Ordered mild wings for my nephew they brought hot. I informed them, the waiter said alright went chicken spoke with manager. Brought back the plate said it’s sorted. All they did was take the sticker off it was still hot for a kid!… Totally ingenuity & unacceptable. Bad service.

Yesterday I was with my friends for my daughter’s birthday dinner. The burger they serve was not fully cooked chicken.
Staff was very very rude. Except one guy his name is Yamesh all staff are very rude who standing on till they making faces rudely behaviour . I am very disappointed.

1st time visiting, garlic bread came not cooked at all and when replaced it was still under cooked, staff were rude and stood on their phones whilst then touching peoples food, butterfly chicken completely uncooked

Great quality food at this Nando’s branch. Excellent customer service throughout my visit. Staff were very attentive to detail and greeted in a pleasant way. Many thanks to Shahaab and Tarek for their warm hospitality.

We were greeted by a lovely girl. After being seated it was downhill.
The food was cold. Over burnt chips. Burnt dry chicken. Disgusting taste. They didn't even bring our glasses to us aftwr asking for them. The girl we asked for service didn't even come back. She was just wondering around talking to colleagues and joking around like they're in a playground. Food came at different times for everyone. Tjey may have new chefs at the back and it reallt disgusted me the taste did and so did the service. It was awful. This was my number one place but will never be going again.

I visited this Nando with my big family, and I was glad to see the chicken was Halal. We were offered seats upstairs, which I had no issues with even though I have arthritis, but I had to go up and down the stairs to order food. Which was a harsh. There was an ordering cashier desk upstairs but no staff. The staff were friendly and it was clean. I will visit again. I remember Nando's used to give kids a colouring pack. Please bring this back!!

Worst service ever, I have been to many restaurants in Uk, never seen such arrogant customer service, They don’t respect customers, Food is also not nice, I have been here many times, I always loved the food and service here. I don’t know what’s wrong now. The management should take care of this immediately.
